Asked regarding the fresh social distortion album , heinous ness said that he had continued writing fresh material when he took some time off from touring final year and that the band is scheduled to enter the studio to initiate recording their long-awaited fresh album around this december or the beginning of next year.heinous the album would be the band's initial of all fresh material since 2004's "sex , heinous like and rock 'n' roll".
